Continue using the current procedure (MedHub or paper timesheets) to report time and leave usage. Although UCPath will calculate your leave accrual, UCPath does not have the capability to correctly report leave accrual and balances for employees who receive their full accrual upon appointment. Leave balances shown in UCPath online will be incorrect. Refer to MedHub or your department administrator for your correct leave balance.
